This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered at the moment the account for the affiliate is being registrered by and between Houses of Europe, located at Calle Fuego 88, Orihuela Costa (“Company”), and the Affiliate (“Affiliate”).
- Purpose of the Agreement The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms under which the Affiliate will promote the Company and receive commissions for the subscriptions.
- Duration and Termination This Agreement begins on the date of signing and remains in effect until terminated by either party. Termination can occur at any time and for any reason with a 30-day notice period.
- Commissions a. The Affiliate will receive a commission of 35% of the net sales price of each subscription sale referred and completed by them. b. For each month in which the Affiliate brings in at least 8 new accommodations, the Affiliate will receive an additional bonus of €75 above the 35% once. If the Affiliate is among the top 3 sellers at the end of one year of collaboration, the Affiliate will receive an additional bonus of €500.
- Payments a. Commissions are paid monthly on the last day of the month. b. Payments are made via PayPal. Note: You are responsible for reporting your income to the tax authorities!
- Affiliate Obligations a. The Affiliate will promote the Company in an honest and professional manner. b. The Affiliate will not provide misleading or incorrect information about the Company’s products or services. c. The Affiliate will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Confidentiality The Affiliate will not share any confidential information of the Company with third parties without the prior written consent of the Company.
- Liability The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the activities of the Affiliate. You are responsible for reporting your earnings to the tax authorities! If you fail to do it, we are not responsible!
- Governing Law This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.
