LUXURY IBIZA STYLE APARTMENT with Balcony
Frontline harbor view, 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3-part sliding door at the front. One bathroom with a luxury shower, toilet, and sink; a second with a toilet and sink. The apartment is located in the center, close to shops, restaurants, and the boulevard. Walking distance to the beach. Bus stop around the corner. Bus station is a 7-minute walk away.

Suitable for 5 people. 12.50 euros per day, camping cot available upon request. Bed linen: 70 euros. Includes electricity up to 80 kW per week, additional usage deducted from the deposit. Deposit is €300 to pay by banktransfer.

The Space
The apartment is spacious, decorated in Ibiza style, and very bright with many windows all around. It features 2 large bedrooms, a second small living room with an extra TV, Netflix capability, and Bluetooth music. Enjoy views of the Torrevieja harbor, being a corner apartment offers views in all directions. Located in the heart of the city, near all restaurants and just an 8-minute walk to the bus station. There’s a fairground around the corner and a view of the boulevard. A large kitchen with all amenities, a washing machine, and a dryer. 2 TVs, one full bathroom, and one bathroom with a toilet and sink.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment. Note that electricity usage up to 80 kW per week is included, provided you are mindful and do not leave the air conditioning on all day. Any additional usage will be deducted from the deposit.

Other Things to Note
The apartment is only suitable for couples, two couples without children, or a family with two children. Guests are welcome to contact us with any questions. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 7:00. No parties or loud music allowed.

A security deposit of 300 euros is required, which can be transferred or paid in cash upon last-minute check-in. No access to the apartment without the deposit payment. The deposit will be refunded within 10 days after departure. A camping cot is available.
